My work has taken many forms over the years—massage therapist, educator, movement specialist, business owner, mentor, and facilitator—but the thread connecting all of it has remained the same: helping people develop greater awareness, confidence, and trust in themselves.

Whether I'm teaching a continuing education class, facilitating a Wellbeing Through Art experience, supporting a therapist in their professional growth, or working alongside someone navigating their own wellbeing journey, my goal isn't simply to share information. It's to create experiences that help people connect what they already know, integrate new insights, and apply them in meaningful ways.

Too often, growth becomes an exercise in collecting more—more techniques, more certifications, more information. While knowledge has value, transformation happens through application. Through practice. Through curiosity. Through learning to trust your observations, your skills, and your ability to think critically.

That's why my approach emphasizes presence over force, integration over information, and real-world application over memorization.

I believe the most meaningful learning and growth happen in environments where questions are welcomed, exploration is encouraged, and people feel supported enough to discover their own understanding. Whether in a classroom, a mentorship session, or a creative experience, my work is designed to build confidence—not overwhelm.

People often tell me they leave feeling more capable, more grounded in their decision-making, and more connected to themselves. That matters to me because insight alone rarely creates change. It's what we do with what we've learned that makes the difference.

At the heart of all my work is a simple belief:

You already know more than you think you do.

Sometimes the next step isn't gathering more information. Sometimes it's creating the space to pause, integrate what you've learned, trust your experience, and continue growing from there.

If that approach resonates with you, I'd be honored to be part of your journey.
