NEXT JOURNEY
October 4 - November 1
Sundays | 3–5 PM
In person in Bloomington or online hybrid with in person class
Wellbeing Through Art, a 5-week Journey, uses artmaking, reflection, conversation, and personal inquiry to practice listening—to the creative process, to the body, and to your own inner knowing.
You don't need to consider yourself an artist. There is no right way to create and no finished piece you are expected to produce. We work one layer at a time, allowing each session to build upon what came before and following what wants to happen next.
Along the way, you may:
· Gain greater awareness of your patterns, needs, and responses
· Build greater trust in your intuition and inner wisdom
· Deepen the connection between what you feel and what you know
· Find more comfort with uncertainty and not having all the answers
· Give yourself permission to experiment, change direction, and follow your curiosity
· Create a piece of art that becomes a personal record of noticing, growth, and discovery
The Journey isn't about becoming better at art, although that can happen. It's about creating enough space to hear yourself more clearly and learning to trust what you notice.
Five weekly sessions
2 hours per session
Available in person or online.
